1. Book online
Choose your watch and the repair, and see the price straight away.
2. Drop it off or post it
Bring it to our Hythe shop, or post it to us if you're not local. Please include the charger if the fault is with charging.
3. Back on your wrist
We'll let you know as soon as it's ready. Pay with Clearpay or Klarna if you like.
Smart Watch Repair FAQs
How long does an Apple Watch repair take?
It depends on the model and whether the part is in stock. We'll give you a timescale when you book. Garmin and Fitbit repairs usually take 1–2 working days.
Do I need to unpair my Apple Watch first?
Yes, please unpair it from your iPhone before handing it over. This creates a backup of your watch on your phone, and you can pair it again when it's back.
Will my watch still be water resistant?
We reseal every watch with new adhesive after a repair. Like any repaired device, we can't guarantee the original water resistance rating, so we'd avoid swimming with it afterwards.
Can you replace just the glass on my watch?
On most smart watches the glass and display are bonded together, but we do offer glass only using special eqipment.
Is it worth repairing my smart watch?
Usually, yes. A new screen or battery normally costs much less than a new watch. If it isn't worth it, we'll tell you honestly before we start.
