Lewis – Owner

Lewis founded LWRepairs in 2014 with a passion for helping the local community with everything from repairs to honest, practical advice. Over the years, he has built the business into a trusted name, known for its high standards and reliable service.

As the owner, Lewis has trained his team to deliver the same level of care, attention, and quality that he built the business on. Despite the growth of LWRepairs, he still has the same hands-on passion and takes pride in staying connected to both the team and customers.

His commitment to maintaining that personal touch, while continuing to grow the business, is what sets LWRepairs apart.

Waz – Assistant Manager & Technician

Waz is the Assistant Manager at LWRepairs and plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the business. He helps oversee the workshop, manage workflow, support the team, and ensure everything runs smoothly from the moment a customer walks in to when their device is returned.

Alongside his management responsibilities, Waz is also one of our experienced technicians and a go-to for complex repairs. With training in micro soldering, he handles advanced jobs that require a high level of technical skill.

Balancing both operations and repairs, Waz takes pride in maintaining high standards across the board. His leadership, reliability, and hands-on approach make him a key part of the LWRepairs team.

Dylan – Technician

Dylan is a key part of the LWRepairs team, working across both customer service and hands-on repairs. He regularly repairs customer devices, as well as carrying out refurbishments on trade-in devices, ensuring each one is tested, cleaned, and finished to a high standard before leaving the shop.

Known for his attention to detail and steady, methodical approach, Dylan takes real pride in the quality of his work and continues to develop his repair skills across a wide range of devices.

Callum – Customer Service Assistant & Junior Technician

Callum joined the LWRepairs team in 2025 as a Customer Service Assistant and is often the first friendly face customers see in store. He focuses on making sure every customer feels welcomed, listened to, and looked after from the moment they arrive.

Alongside customer service, Callum has developed his technical skills and now carries out a range of repairs, including laptops. Whether he’s helping with bookings, answering tech questions, or working on devices, he plays a key role in keeping the shop running smoothly.

With a calm, approachable manner and a willingness to help, Callum helps ensure every visit to LWRepairs is a positive one.

Millie – Customer Service Assistant

Milie is a big part of the LWRepairs team and has been with us for a while, supporting both customers and day-to-day operations. As a Customer Service Assistant, she brings a friendly, approachable attitude that helps every customer feel comfortable and well looked after.

She plays an important role behind the scenes, managing admin tasks like adding devices to the website and keeping everything organised. Milie also helps customers with data transfers, email setup, and general tech support, always taking the time to explain things clearly and make the process stress-free.

Her attention to detail, reliability, and genuinely helpful nature make her a valued member of the team and a big part of the experience customers have at LWRepairs.
