How Our Laptop Repairs Work
1. Book online
Choose your iPad or tablet and the repair, see the price straight away and pick the shop or the van.
2. We fix it
Pop into our Hythe shop or our van comes to you. If a part needs ordering, we'll tell you how long before you book.
3. Good as new
Pay when it's done, with Clearpay or Klarna if you like, and enjoy your 12-month warranty.
MacBook & Laptop Repair FAQs
How long does a MacBook repair take?
Most MacBook and laptop repairs take 1–2 working days, depending on the model and whether the part is in stock. We'll give you a time when you book.
Will I lose my files?
Screen, battery, keyboard and charging repairs don't normally affect your files, but we always recommend a backup (Time Machine, iCloud or OneDrive) before any repair.
Do I need to give you my password?
It helps us test everything works properly after the repair, but it's not always essential. Just let us know your preference when you drop it off.
Do you repair Windows laptops and Chromebooks too?
Yes. We repair HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Microsoft Surface, Razer and Toshiba laptops, plus Chromebooks, as well as every MacBook model.
Is my old laptop worth repairing?
Often, yes. A new screen or battery usually costs far less than a new laptop. If it isn't worth it, we'll tell you honestly and can help with a trade-in or a refurbished replacement.
