How Our Console Repairs Work
1. Book online
Choose your console or controller and the fault, and see the price straight away.
2. Drop it off or post it
Bring it to our Hythe shop, we can come to you, or post it to us if you're not local. Leave the cables and controllers at home unless they're part of the fault.
3. Back to gaming
We'll let you know as soon as it's ready, usually within 1–2 working days. Pay with Clearpay or Klarna if you like.
Console & Controller Repair FAQs
My PS5 or Xbox has no picture. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. No picture or "no signal" is very often a damaged HDMI port, which we replace regularly. Book a repair or diagnostic and we'll confirm the fault.
Why is my console so loud and hot?
Dust build-up and dried-out thermal paste make consoles run hot and the fan work harder. A deep clean and fresh thermal paste normally makes it quieter and stops overheating shutdowns.
Can you fix controller stick drift?
Yes. We replace the worn analogue stick module on PS5 DualSense, Xbox and Nintendo Switch Joy-Con controllers, which is usually cheaper than buying a new controller.
Will I lose my games and saves?
Hardware repairs like HDMI ports, cleaning and controllers don't affect your data. If a repair could affect storage, we'll tell you before we start.
