Is the online quote guaranteed?

The online quote is an estimate based on what you tell us. We confirm the final price in store after our 30+ point test, and explain any difference.

Do you buy broken phones?

Yes, we buy many broken or poor-condition devices, such as cracked screens or tired batteries. Pop in or WhatsApp us for a quote.

Why do I need ID?

We ask for valid ID on every purchase to keep things safe and legal and to make sure devices aren't lost or stolen.

Can I put the value towards a repair or a new phone?

Yes. Choose store credit and use it towards a repair or a refurbished phone or tablet from our shop.

Do you buy laptops and consoles?

At the moment we buy phones, tablets and smart watches. For anything else, WhatsApp us and we'll let you know.

I took it to them in the morning and by the afternoon they had successfully removed the problem so I can now transfer photos and documents over to my new laptop.

Replacement phone sourced and set up, and then helped to resolve the transfer of the eSim (not an easy task!).

Taught my 84 year old Mum had to use WiFi & close her dozens of open apps. (I’m on some so could not find M in M’s android song). Patient and kind. My Mum did not even buy her phone there.
