Accessories (30-Day Returns)

We offer a 30-day return period on all accessories.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be present
  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, you can choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit
  • An exchange

Please note:

  • Used or damaged items may not be accepted
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Devices (14-Day Returns)

We offer a 14-day return period on all devices (phones, tablets, etc).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The device must be in the same condition as sold
  • No iCloud, Google, or other accounts must be linked
  • The device must not be passcode locked
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included where applicable
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important:

  • Devices showing signs of damage, misuse, or tampering may be refused
  • Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted

Faulty Items

If your item develops a fault:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • We will inspect the item and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate

This does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • General wear and tear

Refunds
