Returns & Refunds Policy
Accessories (30-Day Returns)
We offer a 30-day return period on all accessories.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be present
- Proof of purchase is required
If your return is approved, you can choose:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
- An exchange
Please note:
- Used or damaged items may not be accepted
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Devices (14-Day Returns)
We offer a 14-day return period on all devices (phones, tablets, etc).
To be eligible for a return:
- The device must be in the same condition as sold
- No iCloud, Google, or other accounts must be linked
- The device must not be passcode locked
- Original packaging and accessories must be included where applicable
- Proof of purchase is required
Important:
- Devices showing signs of damage, misuse, or tampering may be refused
- Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted
Faulty Items
If your item develops a fault:
- Please contact us as soon as possible
- We will inspect the item and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate
This does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- General wear and tear
