You can walk in at our Hythe shop — but for the van service, it’s best to book online or give us a call so we can plan the route and bring the right parts.

For most major brands such as Samsung & Apple, we offer both genuine, or high-quality parts we trust, and they’re backed by our 12-month warranty. If you’re after Apple original parts specifically, we are an Apple IRP (independent repair provider) allowing us to have access to genuine parts — we would be happy to talk you through your options.

Yes — we take card, cash, or contactless in the shop and in the van.

We don’t touch your data. It stays where it is, and we always treat your device like it’s our own. If we do need to reset anything, we’ll let you know first. That being said, we always recommend backing up your device beforehand if you’re able to do so, ‘just in case’!
