Glass Only or a Full Screen? We'll Tell You Honestly

On many standard iPads, the glass and the display underneath are separate parts. If your picture still looks normal and only the glass is cracked, we can often replace just the glass, saving you money.

On iPad Air, iPad mini and iPad Pro models the glass and display are bonded together, so they're replaced as one part. If you're not sure which you need, book a repair or send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll let you know.

I took it to them in the morning and by the afternoon they had successfully removed the problem so I can now transfer photos and documents over to my new laptop.

How long does an iPad screen repair take?

Many iPad glass and screen repairs are done the same day. Some models need the part ordering, which usually takes 1–2 working days, and you'll see this when you book.

Can you come to me to repair my iPad?

Yes. Our repair van covers Southampton and the New Forest, Monday to Friday, with no call-out fee. Choose "We come to you" when you book.

Will I lose my apps, photos and games?

Screen, battery and charging repairs don't affect your data. We still recommend backing up to iCloud before any repair, just in case.

Which iPad models do you repair?

All of them, including standard iPads, iPad Air, iPad mini and iPad Pro. Choose your exact model when you book to see the price.

Is it worth repairing an older iPad?

Often, yes. A new screen or battery usually costs far less than a new iPad. If a repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you honestly and can help you trade it in towards a refurbished one.
