Lewis – Manager & Lead Technician

Lewis founded LWRepairs in 2014 with a passion for helping the local community solve their tech problems, from repairs to offering practical advice. Over the years, he’s built a trusted reputation, training his staff to the same high standard of service he values. Despite the growth of the business, Lewis still enjoys connecting with customers, ensuring that personal touch remains at the heart of LWRepairs.

Waz – Assistant Manager & Technician

Waz is the assistant manager at LWRepairs and plays a major role in running the day-to-day operations of the business. Alongside managing the workshop flow and supporting the team, he is also one of our technicians and a go-to guy for complex repairs. Waz takes real pride in his workmanship, carrying out customer repairs with care and consistency. After training in micro soldering, he now handles advanced repairs that require a higher level of technical skill. His progression into an assistant manager role, combined with his technical expertise and commitment to quality, makes him a vital part of the LWRepairs team.

Dylan – Junior Technician

Dylan is a key part of the LWRepairs team, working across both customer service and hands-on repairs. He regularly repairs customer devices, carries out refurbishments on trade-in devices, and takes pride in making sure every device is tested, cleaned, and finished to a high standard before it leaves the shop. Known for his attention to detail and steady approach, Dylan is passionate about developing his repair skills and takes real pride in the quality of his work. Alongside this, he ensures customers are kept informed and looked after throughout the repair process, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Callum – Customer Service Assistant

Callum joined the LWRepairs team in 2025 as a customer service assistant and is often the first friendly face customers see in store. He focuses on making sure every customer feels welcomed, listened to, and looked after from the moment they arrive. With a calm, approachable manner and a willingness to help with everything from bookings to basic tech questions, Callum plays a key role in keeping the shop running smoothly and ensuring every visit to LWRepairs is a positive one.
