Plus, explore our range of refurbished devices, all backed by a 12-month warranty. All techs are trained by Apple-trained staff. We also have access to genuine parts, tools, training and diagnostics!

Lewis – Manager

Lewis founded LWRepairs in 2014 with a passion for helping the local community solve their tech problems, from repairs to offering practical advice. Over the years, he’s built a trusted reputation, training his staff to the same high standard of service he values. Despite the growth of the business, Lewis still enjoys connecting with customers, ensuring that personal touch remains at the heart of LWRepairs.

Waz – Assistant Manager & Lead Technician

Waz is the assistant manager at LWRepairs and the go-to expert for all things tech. As the lead technician, he takes pride in repairing customers’ devices with precision and care. He has recently started training in micro soldering and is really enjoying learning this advanced skill. Along with managing the day-to-day operations, Waz ensures every repair meets the highest standard. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction makes him an invaluable part of the LWRepairs team.

Owen – Technician & Sales Advisor

Owen is a technician and sales advisor at LWRepairs, always ready to assist with both your tech questions and finding the right solutions for your needs. He’s currently diving into iPad repairs and really enjoying the learning process, adding to his already broad knowledge of devices. Whether you need advice or a repair, Owen’s friendly approach and growing expertise make him a great member of staff at LWRepairs.

Millie – Customer Service Assistant

Millie is a customer service assistant at LWRepairs, known for her friendly and helpful approach. She’s passionate about learning new tips and tricks to share with customers, helping them get the most out of their tech. Whether you need guidance or support, Millie is always eager to assist, ensuring you have a smooth and positive experience every time you visit LWRepairs.

Dylan – Customer Service Assistant

Dylan is a customer service assistant at LWRepairs, and though he only started in September, he’s quickly learning the ropes and enjoying every step of the process. With his positive attitude and eagerness to help, Dylan is dedicated to ensuring customers feel supported and valued. His enthusiasm for the role makes him a great addition to the LWRepairs team.
