We understand that buying a refurbished device online can be daunting. That’s why we use a clear and honest grading system, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy. Each device is fully tested and 100% functional, with any necessary parts replaced during refurbishment.

A Grade – Excellent, Like New Condition devices appear flawless at first glance. On very close inspection, you may find 1-3 tiny blemishes, but nothing noticeable during everyday use.

B Grade – Good Condition devices are in good condition with light signs of wear. You may notice small surface scratches on the screen or minor scuffs on the frame, but nothing that affects performance.

C Grade – Fair Condition devices show visible signs of use. They may have multiple small scratches or a few deeper ones that can be felt with a fingernail. The frame may have minor dents or dings.

What does A Grade mean?

Our A grade products appear flawless at first glance. They “may” have 1 -3 very minor blemishes that are only uncovered upon very close inspection and / or rotating them under the light. Item has been fully tested and in full working order. They may have been refurbished with replacement parts.

What does B Grade mean?

Our B grade devices are in a good condition, that will show light signs of wear across the device. They may either have faint, small surface scratches on the screen and/or light scuffs on the housing (back/side frame). The item has been fully tested, in fully working order. They may have been refurbished with replacement parts.

What does C Grade mean?

Our C grade devices may either have several small scratches or a few longer scratches that may be felt with a finger nail and the housing may have small dings and small dents. The device will show signs of wear but it has been fully tested & in fully working order. They may have been refurbished with replacement parts.
