Lewis created LWRepairs when he was 14 years old, now 24 years old, Lewis has been providing a professional and fast turnaround service with his company for many years in the local area and has recently taken the step to set up his own shop in Hythe. He has a keen interest in how mobiles function and repairing such devices. His mission is to help the local community with their technology and understanding. He is proud to announce LWRepairs is now able to also offer console, smartwatch & Mac repairs within the shop.

Millie (Customer Assistant)
Millie, our newest starter has been working within LWRepairs since 2024. Millie organises our new stock, uploads items to our website and packages any sales ready to be shipped. She is also already a great asset on the shop front helping customers first-hand with any issues with their devices and booking customers in for repair. The knowledge she is learning on the job has helped towards creating an ‘all-around’ great experience for the customer.

Waz (Technician & Assistant Manager)
Waz is our first technician within LWRepairs to work along side Lewis. He started late 2022 and has become a valuable employee at our premises. He initially assisted with the front shop helping customers with quotes & providing other assistance, which he still regularly enjoys to do, but his main role now is repairing many of the refurbished devices and customer devices with 12 months warranty. He is looking forward to learning console, Mac & microsoldering repairs in the near future.

Owen (Customer Service Assistant)
Owen is a key part of LWRepairs. He helps many customers that enter our shop with tech-related issues. He also helps assist customers with any other advice they require with a jargon-free approach. Owen is now trained in mobile device repairs and repairs many of our refurbished devices we sell in-store with 12 months warranty. This has helped him to be able to assist customers with more technical issues. If you are served by Owen, you will be greeted with a friendly smile and an approachable demeanour.
